”Bear and friends”
Bear is the most important one as it’s the signature historic character of the company.
Illustrations were crafted and from that, the 3D models
Meanwhile, some AI generated videos & images were generated and the RACOON got replaced by the new CAT.
During the manufacturing preparation stage, the models ended up with the wrong proportions. And had to be stretched
new ratio:
Which resulted in unpleasant appearance: literally and figuratively stretched
Here comes the requirements:
Create four new models that could fit within the new ratio but maintaining a good aesthetic and style using the new AI references and following the chocolate manufacturing guidelines described below.
4 characters (based on AI references):
- Monkey
- Polar Bear
- Cat
- Crocodile
2 styles of drawing ( both following manufacturing guidelines and 3/4 view):
- Creative
- Clean line-art (like the original illustration)
Total: 8 unique pieces

with Features “B”
Are synthesized to a chocolate bar form, preserving the characteristic features “B”
But it’s very important that there are not protrusions nor thin parts that could break during high speed production
It’s also super important for the piece to have:
Clear sides, to travel freely through corridors/guides “D”
Good feet for the pusher “C” to push the piece
This will allow proper flow through the manufacturing process
